What this means is that the body is able to digest any of these meals with ease, as it works in accordance with the digestive system. The best food for the body is still fresh organic raw food (preferably from your own garden) in it’s most natural state. I write these recipes because I personally know how difficult it is in this day and age to pursue such a simplistic eating lifestyle (quite ironic don’t you think?). Natural hygienists (here is an article about Natural hygiene:https://bambushoe.com/2014/01/11/what-is-natural-hygiene/) vary in eating lifestlye. Some are real hardcore and others aren’t. All of them are vegeterian and all them combine food properly. Many, like ourselves eat about 80% raw and 20% cooked food. Some eat raw and some are fruitarians. A lot have gone raw for many years but didn’t feel 100%, so they added a bit of cooked food into their diet.
What Natural hygienists do is experiment. They try out and see what works best for their body and mind. There are basic principles that apply for all humans, but in the final stages you should follow your instinct.
